Most clients start with a diagnostic conversation. If you have a stalled proof-of-concept, Pilot to Production is the natural entry. If knowledge is scattered, start with RAG. If you're unsure, the two-week Diagnose phase identifies the workflow with the best return.

A first working system typically ships in 6–12 weeks: about two weeks of diagnosis, four of pilot build, and the remainder hardening for production. Governance-only engagements can be shorter.

Your data stays inside your security boundary — your cloud tenant, VPC, or on-premises. We configure model providers so your data is not used for training, and we document those settings for your security team.

We're vendor-neutral. We work across the major model providers and open-weight models, and choose per task based on quality, latency, cost, and your data-residency requirements — with a routing layer so you're never locked in.

No. We work with your existing engineers and operations teams, and every engagement includes handover and training so your people can run the system. If you're hiring an AI team, we'll help them ramp.

Fixed-price for the Diagnose phase, then a scoped proposal per engagement — so you always know the cost before committing. Ongoing governance and monitoring are available as a monthly retainer.
